We are appropriately staffed to ensure we continue to provide our same high level of service, and we will continue to monitor and adjust as the situation dictates. In addition, our facilities are cleaned regularly by our professional housekeeping staff and service teams. We’ve also added additional rounds of cleaning and disinfecting procedures, particularly in high-touch public areas. Our hand sanitizer systems are conveniently located at every doorway, and staff are equipped with face masks.

Gateway Aviation is home to Windsor Ontario’s best on-field modern FBO. From our VIP lounge to our 20,000 sq. ft. of heated, well-maintained hangar space, our facility is best in class at CYQG. Our team’s ground handlers and supervisory agents is comprised of people trained to the highest standards in ground support for quality, safety, compliance, sense of urgency, and customer delight. We not only provide safe and secure ground support, but also to facilitate requests with enthusiasm and genuine desire to provide service for you and your passengers.

Pilot Lounge

Comfort and privacy for all customers wishing to rest. Equipped with tv, computer, desk and a comfortable reclining couch. 

Private Shower Facility 

Large walk-in private shower with basic toiletries available. 

Wi-Fi Access

High speed, reliable internet access available throughout our facility.

Refreshments

Complimentary beverages and snacks available throughout facility. Several varieties of coffee, tea and soft drinks. 

Conference Room

Modern conference room with ability to sit twenty people comfortably. Equipped with projector, video conferencing camera, controlled through a Crestron system.

Heated Hangar Space

Over 20,000 sq. ft. of heated hangar space available for aircrafts up to and including Global 7500.

Ramp Parking

Large concrete ramp with ability to safely maneuver any sized corporate aircraft.

GPU

AC and DC GPU available on request. 

Lav Service

Quick lavatory service available on request. 

Oxygen/Nitrogen Service

Oxygen and Nitrogen top-ups available on-site.

Limo Service

Several limousine options available from Sedans to Limo Bus.
